New Range of ARB Commercial Bars

After considerable development utilising the latest ARB engineering trends and advanced design principles, ARB is pleased to announce the launch of a major new range of commercial bull bars. With a fresh, distinctive appearance and premium protection at a budget price, the new model commercial bars are available now for the latest Toyota HiLux, Holden Colorado, Nissan Pathfinder and Navara D40.Manufactured from durable steel and finished in a hard wearing satin black powder coat, the commercial bars utilise individual vehicle designs, maximising functionality and style to set a new benchmark in affordable protection. Cost savings are made possible by simplified manufacturing processes such as the elimination of cosmetic weld grinding and urethane buffers, and yet the bar incorporates the same structural integrity and strength that has made the ARB deluxe bull bar the top choice for 4WDers worldwide.

Designed from scratch, the bar features upswept and tapered wings for excellent approach angle and ground clearance for off road travel, and a split pan for additional strength and optimised airflow into the engine. The bar also utilises heavy gauge 76.1mm steel centre frame tube and 47.6mm outer frame tube. Further strength is attained through ARB’s proven five fold wing design, which offers considerable protection to these vulnerable areas in the event of a collision or animal strike.

ARB’s engineers have developed a mounting system specific to each vehicle model, designed to spread impact and winch loads evenly over the vehicle’s chassis. This design also takes into account each vehicle’s air bag system, ensuring that it is not affected when the bull bar is fitted.

These bars will accommodate a range of Warn models if you need the recovery power of an electric winch. Other functional features include Hi-Lift jacking points integrated into the centre pan, provision for IPF driving lights and CB aerials, and turning signals in the wings of the bar. These new bars are also fully compatible with ARB’s side rails (where applicable) for the next step in vehicle protection.
