Offroader.com.au is one of the two commercial sites owned and created by Offroad Online Australia Pty Ltd. Seeing the need for a quality Australian Offroad Website, the site was first created in July 2000.
The inital site was a simple photo gallery and information on the many trips we ran and participated in, and grew rapidly as content was generated. In 2001 the site was completely rebuilt and included many regular articles from our Editorial team.
In 2002, the OffroadShop was created as a sub section of the Offroad.au.com site and in January 2003 it was pushed into a seperate site, Offroadshop.com.au. In January 2003, the site was again re-skinned and re-badged as ‘Offroader.com.au’, giving it a simple and easy to remember URL.
Owning our own web servers and network infrastructure, we are aiming to offer all Australian 4×4 clubs and companies very competitive and high quality hosting and CMS driven Websites, to allow clubs to create and maintain their own websites, with little knowledge in website design or HTML.
